The "O" Factor

What is it, you ask?
More like...who?
Not Jackie O.
Olivia.
Palermo.
If you follow fashion at all, you know to whom I am referring. We were exposed to her on The City, on which she was portrayed as a networked snob who completed projects on her own clock and often getting all the credit.
Fast-Forward.
There are now dozens of blogs dedicated to her.
Marie Claire crowned her the "Best Dressed Girl in the World."
So, let's take a look at the "O" Factor.
It is knowing the right prints and proportions.
[And having nice arm candy]

It is being styled well, head to toe.

Most importantly, it is the quiet confidence that comes from knowing how to assemble an outfit, style it, and own it. People want to photograph her. People trust her judgment. Project Runway used her as a guest judge this season--a famed "socialite" who simply makes the right choices over and over again.
