Fall has arrived in Memphis. Well, at least it did for a weekend. For me, that crispness inspires a lot of fun activities. Today was so nice that the windows are open. Beckham (dog) and Fendi (cat) were really enjoying the fresh air. That's a lie. Beckham is petrified.
Saturday night was exhausting. Lucas and I had been at the Cooper Young Festival all day, but the weather was too nice to sit inside. We decided to put the Eno hammock to good use by the river. We fully expected Becks to freak out, but he was content. I think this purchase was well worth it!
If you haven't noticed, my fashion style is best described as schizophrenic. I don't have a signature style because I prefer to experiment and play off my mood. And, apparently my mood was Kurt Cobain yesterday. The only style I avoid is bows, tulle, polka dots. Southern Belle has never suited me well. The jeans are Madewell, and the top is Vintage Havana (similar here; purchased at Indigo Germantown)
It was so nice to get back to the nail bar. I knew the color I wanted when I walked in the door. It is Eurso Euro by OPI in the shellac formula. But the real point of the picture is the newest ring purchase. I really liked the turquoise Kendra Scott ring. Yes, it is next to a silver ring. Yes, I am aware that I am mixing metals. I live for it.
