We made it to the Memphis Farmer's Market!
Okay, let me be really honest. This experience was every bit for me as it was for her because, well, she was asleep the whole time. The first thing I noticed this morning was just how much longer it takes to get out the door when there's a little one...and I still forgot the diaper bag. I picked up Morgan, got gas, and we headed downtown.
It was so cold! Like in the 40s cold. The farmer I have always bought eggs from was in the same spot, so I quickly bought the eggs and bacon.
Then, I was hell bent on eating a breakfast burrito from Fuel Cafe. As usual, I could only eat half but I had my fix. My mom walked over from her place to say hi to visit, and we walked to buy flowers. They are so beautiful! I could get used to having these around.
All in, we might have been there for 45-minutes. But I am glad we did it. I have the pictures to show Eila. The eggs and bacon are on deck for the morning!
Does any one else regularly attend a farmer's market? What are some good ones?
